1) To educate the public about the human impact and debilitating effects of traumatic head injuries, treatment of head injuries, and strategies for reducing the likelihood of head injury in everyday life.
2) To improve education and health care in Canada and in developing countries by providing bursaries to medical, medical technician and biomedical engineering students specializing in head injury prevention and treatment.
3) To advance health care in developing countries by purchasing equipment for the diagnosis and treatment of head injuries and donating it to hospitals with insufficient resources and by supplying funding for the maintenance and repair of such equipment.
